Returns

All standard-length Cobalt Cables come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you need to return a cable for warranty replacement, or for refund, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an e-mail or call us toll-free at 877-6-COBALT (877-626-2258) . Please reference the issues you are having with your cable, your original order number, and the specific cable(s) that you need assistance with.

2. After we have received your message/call, we will issue you an RMA number. IMPORTANT: Returns CANNOT be accepted without an RMA.

3. Mail (or ship) the cable(s) back to us, referencing the RMA number you are given. Here is the address to send the package back to:

3. Once we have received the returned cables from you, and verified their condition, we will either ship out your replacement cable(s), or issue you a 100% refund (we do not charge a stocking fee)* **.

* - For full refund, cable(s) must be in like-new condition. Any damaged items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
** - For cable replacement, original logo imprinted heatshrink and/or connector barrels must be completely intact. Only one replacement per ordered cable.
