We believe that the most important opinion of our cables is our customer's, and we are pleased to offer a no-obligation trial period for all of our cables. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your Cobalt Cable purchase, simply return your cable(s) within 90 days from the purchase date for a full refund*. On top of all this, we even pay return shipping**! Who loves you? We do doggonit!

We are also pleased to offer a lifetime "no questions asked" exchange policy on all of our cables (even custom cables). That is, no matter what happens to your Cobalt Cable product, simply return the original nonfunctional cable (we provide return shipping here too) for an equivalent replacement, free of charge***.

* - For full refund, cable(s) must be in like-new condition. Any damaged items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

** - Free shipping is offered on domestic (US) shipments only. For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and return MUST be marked as a product return on customs documents.
